Truly a phenomenal meal. Everything Chef Cihan plated was not only beautiful, but also incredibly delicious. Cihan is personable, kind, and has a great memory for people's names. I was not only impressed by his talent as a chef, but also by his warmth as a person. He came prepared and exactly on time. He printed lovely menus for each guest. Just can't say enough about Cihan! If you are looking for a memorable and special experience and meal, I highly (!!) recommend booking him!
